This is a fantastic 45 minute overview of the HR Technology landscape in 2021. I’ve followed Josh Bersin for at least a decade because he has a unique knack of summarizing and presenting things clearly. I appreciate how he’s showing the evolution of the technology from the 90s until today within the broader context of work, demographics, and societal shifts.
Honestly, my heart goes out to the people in HR Technology who are facing enormous complexity to select the right technology, integrate it into their ecosystem, and yet keep it simple enough that it actually helps the employee and company achieve results that matter. The complexity makes my head hurt but it is amazing to see the incredible choices out there and ways to think about integrating them.
